Hello. We have 12 9971 phones with a 3925 and CUCM. Currently when it dials in i get a fast busy. Also, we have 2 side cars with speed dials but when we push the buttons nothing happens. We also have 2 extensions where when they dial out, nothing happens. We have TEAMVIEWER 11 licensed on the server that can access all the equipment. Want to hire you to resolve these issues and develop on going maintenance etc. WE NEED THIS DONE ASAP
