Cold Callers for Airline Leads

A curated directory of decision-makers across Asia is ready; the task now is to turn those numbers into sales leads for our airline ticket offers. Two talented cold callers will share the list and work in parallel, contacting prospects during their local business hours, sparking interest, and passing me the warm leads for close-out. You will receive: • A segmented spreadsheet of contacts with phone numbers, time zones, and brief notes. • A draft call script and a simple CRM template. Your job is to refine the script where needed, place the calls, capture objections, and record every outcome in the CRM sheet. Clear, friendly English is essential, and any additional Asian language skills are a plus because most prospects sit in that region. Deliverables I will review each day: • Updated call log showing dials, connects, and results. • A separate lead sheet containing qualified prospects ready for follow-up, complete with best time to call back and any travel needs gathered. Success is measured by the accuracy of your notes and the volume of genuinely interested leads, not by call volume alone. If you can consistently convert cold numbers into warm opportunities, this will turn into a longer engagement as we expand the directory.
