We are currently looking for one or two exceptional team members to join our growing Alliance and become an important part of the member experience. This is not a typical virtual assistant role. You will work directly with members, support trainers during live Zoom sessions, conduct onboarding calls, and help ensure everything behind the scenes operates smoothly and professionally. Because this role represents SEOL directly, we are looking for someone who genuinely aligns with our mission, values, and culture. We want someone who understands personal development, believes in continuous growth, and can confidently represent the standards we hold ourselves to as a community. ## The Role As a Community Operations & Member Success Specialist, you will serve as a key support person within SEOL. You will answer member questions inside our community chats, support members when they need help, and ensure communication remains professional, supportive, and efficient. A significant part of the role involves supporting our live Zoom sessions. You will act as a Chat Sensei during sessions, helping manage the experience for both participants and trainers. This includes admitting participants, taking attendance, managing breakout rooms, sharing links and resources, monitoring the chat, assisting with technical issues, and supporting the trainer throughout the session. You will also conduct onboarding calls with new members. These calls help new members understand the program, access the necessary resources, and get started successfully. You should enjoy speaking with people and be able to create a welcoming, professional, and confident first impression of SEOL. In addition to community support and live event management, you will assist with administrative tasks, attendance tracking, document management, scheduling, and other operational responsibilities that help keep the organization running smoothly. ## Required Availability You must be available Monday through Friday during the following times: 5:30 AM to 7:00 AM CET 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM CET These are our core Zoom session hours and attendance during these sessions is a required part of the role. Additional work hours may be available outside of these times depending on operational needs and onboarding calls. ## Who We're Looking For We are looking for someone who is highly organized, dependable, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership without constant supervision. You should have excellent written and spoken English and feel confident communicating with members, trainers, and team members in a professional manner. You should be highly competent with Zoom and comfortable managing breakout rooms, participant management, waiting rooms, attendance tracking, screen sharing, and general live event support. You should also be comfortable working with Google Docs, Google Sheets, Microsoft Office, and other online collaboration tools. This is not a behind-the-scenes role. You will regularly be interacting with members face-to-face. For that reason, you must be comfortable appearing on camera during onboarding calls and group Zoom sessions. We are not looking for a ghost operator. We are looking for someone who communicates clearly, presents themselves professionally, speaks confidently, and can comfortably represent the SEOL culture and values in front of a group. The ideal candidate resonates strongly with men's personal development and understands values such as discipline, accountability, integrity, courage, leadership, responsibility, and service. Since SEOL is a men's Alliance and development platform, we are particularly interested in candidates who naturally connect with the challenges, goals, and experiences of the men we serve and who can authentically support members throughout their journey. Experience supporting online communities, educational platforms, coaching programs, mastermind groups, membership organizations, or similar environments is highly desirable. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who enjoys helping people, works exceptionally well within a team, remains calm under pressure, pays attention to details, and consistently follows through on commitments. ## Compensation Compensation starts at approximately €20 per hour depending on experience, qualifications, and fit. This is intended to be a long-term opportunity for the right person. As SEOL continues to grow, there will be opportunities for increased responsibility and a larger role within the organization. ## How to Apply Please send a short introduction about yourself, your relevant experience, your experience supporting online communities or Zoom events, and why you believe you would be a strong fit for SEOL. Please also include your weekly availability, your time zone, and a short video introducing yourself. To show that you have read this entire job description, please begin your application with the word "Warrior". We are looking forward to meeting individuals who are committed to excellence, service, growth, and helping men become stronger versions of themselves.

Hi, I'm Rohit Giri, an AI/technical student based in India. A bit about me: I have 1 year of hands-on experience in client interactions and vendor onboarding, where I learned how to communicate clearly, manage expectations, and keep things professional even when juggling multiple people and moving parts at once. Alongside my technical studies in AI, I've also personally helped my family grow their business in India — which taught me a lot about ownership, follow-through, and representing something you actually care about, not just executing tasks. Why I'm a fit for this role: I understand this isn't a behind-the-scenes VA position — it's a member-facing role where I'd be directly representing SEOL through onboarding calls and live Zoom sessions. I'm comfortable being on camera, and I genuinely enjoy the kind of work where you're the calm, dependable presence helping something run smoothly — whether that's managing a chat, walking someone through onboarding, or handling breakout rooms and attendance during a live session. Tools: Comfortable with Zoom (breakout rooms, waiting room, attendance tracking, screen share), Google Docs/Sheets, and Microsoft Office. Availability: ~9:00 AM – 10:30 AM IST (covers 5:30–7:00 AM CET) ~9:00 PM – 10:00 PM IST (covers 5:30–6:30 PM CET) I'm also flexible for additional hours outside these windows for onboarding calls or other operational needs.
