#210 Cryoablation ⸻ Community Outreach Specialist (Remote) Part-Time | Independent Contractor We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Community Outreach Specialist to support a patient education and outreach campaign for an established U.S. surgical practice specializing in advanced minimally invasive procedures. This is not a sales position. Your role is to identify prospective patients through online communities, engage in respectful conversations, and guide interested individuals to educational resources and a secure patient intake process. Responsibilities * Monitor approved online communities and Facebook Groups. * Identify prospective patients based on approved criteria. * Engage using structured communication guidelines. * Continue conversations through Direct Message (DM) when appropriate. * Guide qualified individuals to secure educational landing pages. * Maintain accurate daily activity and lead reporting. * Follow all Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), communication protocols, and compliance requirements. Requirements * Excellent written English. * Strong communication and interpersonal skills. * High attention to detail. * Ability to follow structured systems and documented processes. * Comfortable learning new terminology and continuously improving your knowledge. * Reliable computer and internet connection. * Experience with Facebook Groups and Messenger is preferred. Training & Certification A complete onboarding program will be provided, including: * Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) * Community Outreach Framework * Messaging System * Lead Management Process * HIPAA awareness and communication boundaries * Campaign terminology and workflow You will be expected to successfully complete training and demonstrate competency before independently engaging prospective patients. Accountability & Performance This position operates under a structured performance management system. You will be held accountable through defined performance phases, milestone reviews, quality assurance, daily reporting, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Advancement, continued engagement, and future opportunities are based on demonstrated performance, consistency, professionalism, and adherence to established procedures.
