Hi, I’d be glad to take up this assignment. I’m a Bar Council-enrolled practising advocate with 5+ years of litigation experience, with regular exposure to filing and procedural work before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, District Courts and various tribunals, including the NGT. I can carefully review the documents, arrange the petition and exhibits in the appropriate sequence, ensure consistent labelling and pagination, and check the PDFs for the prescribed technical requirements before uploading. My experience includes handling environmental and regulatory litigation, government-related matters, writ proceedings, pleadings, affidavits, applications and tribunal filings, where procedural accuracy and timely compliance are essential. I am also comfortable handling portal-based filing and resolving routine technical/procedural issues that may arise during submission. I can start immediately upon award of the project and will work towards completing the filing without unnecessary delays.
