Clear your credential through credential manager. Then go to windows all setting >> Accounts >> Email & work account >> remove your account if it exist there. Open your outlook in safe mode (CTRL + Click on Outlook Icon) Keep in your mind you have to select school & work account instead of outlook or hotmail. Did you change your autodiscover record? It could be another reason. If that's the case try to do manual setup. Good Luck hope you are able to fix it. It should work for you.
