Not A Basement Studio is looking for talented writers to write and edit various content types related to manga (promotion, editorial review, manga/ collection description, etc) for our flagship product Manga Rock ([login to view URL]).
Requirements:
- Experience in creative English writing (fluent or native level)
- Able to review multiple content, highlight what would and wouldn’t appeal to a target audience and/or accurately advertise it
- Able to set appropriate tones in accordance to target audience (e.g. use “buzz words” that fit the content)
- Able to write concisely and coherently
- Eye for detail, commitment to deadline & production quota
- Bonus if you read manga on regular basis and/or have a good understanding of the anime-manga culture
- Can commit to working with us in long-term (at least 3 months)
