Hello!

We are building an application that will connect contractors with potential clients. the service will be paid as a monthly subscription by the client. We will need a service agreement that clearly outline services offered by the contractors, monthly subscription agreement, and wordings taht offers peace of mind to the clients in the event of a mishap. The contract should be detailed and between 4 - 30 pages depending on what you advise. You must be familiar with web application agreements, internet laws and how to reduce and protect us from potential lawsuits.
