TRANSLATE 236 RECIPES FROM SPANISH INTO ENGLISH.
(A) Translate from Spanish into English (209 recipes) . The originals are in either PDF or RTF/Text format. The total amount of text corresponds to about 60 normal letter size paper fully typed (take into account, recipes are short)
(B) Type handwritten notes in Spanish and then Translate from Spanish into English (27 recipes). These 27 originals are written by hand, in Spanish. They need to be typed in Spanish (as word document or RTF document), and then translated into English. The total amount of text corresponds to 14 pages, typed by hand.
For each written recipe, you need to:
- make sure the ingredients are properly translated into English (proper fish name, spice name, ingredient name etc.).
- specify Quantities & Temperatures (when needed) in both METRIC system (Kg. - Cº) and in IMPERIAL system (Lb. - Fº)
- write using the structure (1) Name of Recipe, (2) List of ingredients, (3) full Recipe (step-by-step) The original recipe in Spanish may not typed like this but the recipes you deliver need to have this structure
FORMAT: The translation must be presented in either Word, Pages or RTF format.
