Manage Boutique Homestay OTA Listings

I run a small collection of boutique homestays in India and need a detail-oriented specialist to look after our presence on Airbnb and Expedia. Your core work will revolve around three things: • Creating polished new listings when we add rooms or properties—uploading photos, writing concise descriptions, setting amenities, house rules, and rate plans. • Keeping existing listings current by adjusting availability calendars, updating content and images, and ensuring every detail stays consistent across both platforms. • Monitoring and answering all guest inquiries quickly and professionally, following my voice and guidelines for tone, while escalating anything unusual to me right away. At the moment I am not looking for SEO or visibility optimisation; the priority is flawless execution and prompt communication with guests. You should already be comfortable with the Airbnb Host dashboard and Expedia Partner Central, understand how to manage rates, and be able to turn around updates or replies the same day they appear. If you have experience managing multiple properties, can commit to a reliable response window, and pay close attention to accuracy, I’d love to hear how you would organise and streamline these tasks for me.
