Simple redesign of a file

We have a simple need:

There is a high-res file enclosed ([login to view URL]) and a low-res file ([login to view URL])

The Central icon in the high res file needs to be replaced with the central icon of the low res file (all the other four icons in the high res file will remain the same).

So you will need to recreate the central icon in the low res file in high resolution and substitute it in the vector file, and provide us with a vector file with the changes.

Simple requirement that requires no creative thinking, and a simple line drawing.

We expect to pay less than Rs.500 for the whole work.
