I am looking for someone who is able to create an Unreal 4 Plugin for me that allows me to use the sound from windows and incorporate it as a music visualizer within Unreal 4.
I already have access to an existing music visualizer:

However, this plugin only allows me to use the music data from an ogg vorbis file.
I need it to take the sound directly from windows, instead of from a specific file.
This way, the player will be able to play their own music in the background using programs like windows media player, or winamp, and will never have to waste the effort of having to manually change the music track from within unreal 4.
If anyone here has experience with unreal C++ scripting, and thinks they are able to do this, please don't hesitate to contact me.
