Business Model for Teachers

First of all, let's talk about figures. We work in a model where teachers are involved in the marketing drive. We do a high performance marketing effort, and we need the support of the teachers who work with us.

We pay a fixed payment of US$250 for every [login to view URL] of 1-1.5 hours.

We pay 33% of the recurring payment from users coming from your effort. This payment is paid automaticaly via PayPal every time a user who came from you makes a payment.

Our platform (very similar to the Spanish version [login to view URL]) will cost US$29'90 per month with a US39'90$ entry fee.

We will give you two POWERFUL marketing tools to attract new users:

- An affiliate link, just to check users come from you.

- A unique code for every teacher. A special discount for users coming from you. Your users will have free entry fee, and first month at 66%, for just US$19,90. This code is a special promotion for your users, and it will be another way to check users coming from you.

Now I'm going to give you an example:

Imagine you produce 1 course and get 20 users for the platform. These users remain as suscribers an average of 10 months. You will get:

US$250 as fixed payment for the video-course.

20 users x 0'33 * US$19'90 first month and US$29'90 following months= US$3.089'34

TOTAL REVENUE FOR YOU = US$3.339'34*

* This is just an example, the total revenue could be higher or smaller depending on the marketing effort you do to get new subscribers

The beauty of the platform is that you can convince everyone because people are going to get all courses for a subscription with no fixed term.

At Club de Escritores every user pays an entry fee of €39.90, followed by a monthly subscription fee of €19.90, so there is no fixed term. They can access all the courses and activities offered by the club. From the very beginning there were 10 courses and every 15 days a new one is added to the platform. Every week we launch a writing challenge and we do an online workshop to conquer it.

Now, after the success of our platform in Spanish, we want to do the same focusing on the English market (USA, UK, Canada and Australia).
