OCH (Oracle Customer Hub) -- 2

• Good understanding of Siebel UCM & EAI: Oracle Customer Hub, EDQ • Good understanding of Master Data Management concepts • Good understanding of Oracle database concepts and SQL • Configuration in Siebel Tools and Application • Worked on Scripting to perform the required validations • Documented the whole process to handle and to debug the code easily • Good skills of technical aspects of eScripting, Workflows, Application log reading • Should have Strong knowledge of Siebel Data Model / Siebel Architecture, Hands On Knowledge of Open UI • Deep understanding of Oracle Customer Hub o Knowledge of Data Cleansing using EDQ (Enterprise Data Quality), Siebel UCM Interface o Hands on experience and knowledge to make changes to these systems and support maintenance of customer master data o Experience with customer data analysis, cleansing, matching, reporting and monitoring o Experienced in executing data quality processes on customer data o Design, build and configure applications to meet business process and application requirements o Knowledge of SOAP services as used by OCH Contract : Duration of the project and Remuneration can be discussed with the shortlisted bidders .
