Please quote for making following modification in V-tiger CRM: 1. In the Quotation module add 1 more field called 'unit price after discount'. Please also change the existing discount field to show the discount % instead of discount amount. [login to view URL] shoot "click to call" function in the our CRM system and we are using 3CX softphone to dial out, sometimes it is not working. 3. Trouble shoot PABX manager TAB on the rep CRM login, CRM admin should be able to see the dashboard that show rep wise calls made and client wise calls made and the status of each of the calls. we need to see information on call details - including : username, customer name, data and time of call, duration and voice file. 4. Integrate thunderbird with V-Tiger CRM 5. Integrate QuickBooks to V-Tiger CRM
