Needed immediately, a simple landing page for a clean drupal install ,user login will show, and needs to look nice not like the basic drupal login box hopefully the css will do this ??? Basically a page with our logo on a white background colourful coming soon banner and small amount of text that we will provide.
We can do this ourselves however we woould prefer somone whith a strong design background to do this for us.
