Drupal frontend responsive theme modifications

I need an expert Drupal developer to make some modifications to a custom Drupal theme. The theme has 3 pages(home page and 2 internal pages that are similar to the home page). The website is using the Omega Drupal theme for responsive layouts.

The things I need you to do are:

1. Change the colors to match the color scheme

5. Add the css styles to style the text on the rotating banner.

The website is already running on the development website and I need you to make changes to the css and javascript.

I’ll give you access to the Drupal admin interface to add any images and make any changes there, but I CAN'T give you FTP access.

I’ll need you to add all of the images and make the modifications in the Drupal admin and then save the pages as a local html page and write the css and javascript locally and send me the stylesheets to deploy.
