Html, CSS, Javascript exeprt - One page design.

I would like a web page that would be similar to that found at [login to view URL] Please use the same color scheme as the sample page. All measurements should be similar to the sample page. There should be room at the top for a logo. There will not be a shopping cart as seen on the right side of the page. The Beverages line will not be needed. A rotating banner that allows for 4 banners will be next going down the page. The icons under the rotating banners will be removed. The Soda-Licious line should be replaced with “Item Name”. Please allow for 8 items per row with a total of 7 rows of items. The wording on the Add to Cart button should be changed to “More Information”. Notice that this page allows moving right and left on each row. Please use a different icon on you output. Remove the radio buttons that are below the rows but keep the space between the rows and the customer service items the same. The only lists that will be in the customer service area will be customer service and legal. The list under customer service will be help, refund, and contact us. The list under legal will be privacy and terms of use. You will need to use scroll bars on the right and bottom of the page to accommodate the items. Please number each of the item positions on the 7 rows of items as “position 1”, 2, 3 and so forth through item number 56. Please fill item positions number 1 and number 2 with items taken from the sample page so that I may be able to copy and paste similar coding to each position.
