move the youtube player controls out of the video window

write a jscript+CSS snippet that moves the the YouTube player controls out of the video window so it does not obstruct the video anymore and is always visible.
Make the seek-bar two times higher so it is easier to seek trough the video with mouse clicks.

Either just provide the necessary jscript+css that changes the youtube player controls so I can past it to the chrome extension "Styler" or write a small chrome extension that does that on all youtube videos automatically.
