WordPress developer required to create comparison/daily deals/coupon site

I'm looking for an experienced WordPress developer to install a Coupon/Comparison site theme and customise as necessary. E.g.
[login to view URL]
Some of the design/display and functional requirements should be supported by an existing theme but custom design development will also be required to make the site function as necessary. And probably the need for additional plugins.
High level requirements are:
As a site customer I want to be able to:
--First and foremost, have a great mobile experience (needs to be fast loading and responsive)
--View a Home page that shows me popular and recently added coupons, brands and products so I can find what I’m looking for quickly
Coupon page
--View coupons from a range of vendors API that are updated on a daily basis
--View only valid coupons (ones that are working) and be able to rate coupons if I find they are / aren’t valid
--I want to see what other reviewers think of a coupon
--View coupons available in my location only i.e. detect my postcode or I enter in manually (Australia only) – so I’m not wasting time with coupons I can’t use
--Search for coupons based on criteria e.g. coupon category or brand and have results displayed in a table or list that I can filter and sort on to make selecting my preferred option easy
Brand & product comparison/pages
--Select from available product categories or search information or coupons from my preferred brand and have them displayed in a filterable and sortable table or list to save me time
--Be able to Add or view a Brand or Product review in the right context (e.g. Brand A reviews shown on the Brand A page) so I’m able to make a better informed decision
--Search by Brand
Standard blog functionality
As the site Administrator I want to be able to:
--Add mass coupons automatically through a feed e.g. [login to view URL] so the site stays ‘refreshed’ with content and does not take much time to manage
--Add/Edit individual coupons in case there is an error with the data field or I want to add some custom information via WP Admin
--Add /Edit Brand information via a spreadsheet to minimise website maintenance time and via WP Admin.
--Manage product and brand reviews through the WP Admin
