Local Retail Appliance Salesperson

I distribute a full line of small and large home appliances—fans, mixers, irons, geysers, LED-TVs, air-conditioners, refrigerators and washing machines. My immediate goal is to grow shelf presence and real-world sales in local retail outlets rather than online or wholesale channels. You will be out in the field each day visiting neighbourhood electrical shops and multi-brand showrooms, pitching the range, negotiating purchase orders and arranging product displays or in-store demos. Strong negotiation skills are essential because margin discussions with store owners can be tough; if you have prior retail-floor experience or a knack for customer service, that will come in handy too. Deliverables • Secure opening orders from at least five new local retailers in the first month • Maintain weekly sales/activity reports so performance is transparent • Coordinate basic merchandising—price tags, posters, demo units—during store visits I handle stock, after-sales service and marketing collateral; you focus on converting relationships into steady sell-through.
