Will work trouble tickets for clients related to cabling, hardware installs, network troubleshooting (LAN and WAN), minor configurations, Cisco experience highly preferred. Must have own troubleshooting tools to include laptop, cell phone, ability to connect to switches and routers, reliable transportation, must be punctual and customer service oriented. Travel expenses not reimbursed at this time but may be in the future. Pay is currently $30/hr for this position. Must pass background check and assessment tests related to cabling, networking, and customer service. Must be available immediately as soon as technician passes background check and skills assessment.
