Administrative Assistant
$15-25 USD / hour
We are looking for a highly motivated Administrative Assistant to join our Development team in Toronto. In this role, you will be the face of the group, the first point of contact, and our main trustee. This position reports to the Vice President of Development.

As a member of this team, you will be responsible for:
• Coordinating travel arrangements and maintaining schedules and appointments for the team;
• Preparing correspondence, making distribution copies and coordinating sending of documents and reports;
• Liaising with multiple business groups such as; OMERS business units, Investors, Co-owners, City Officials, Consultants, Internal business groups which include however, not limited to; Legal, Marketing, Investments, Office Services, Accounts Payable, and Payroll;
• Photocopying, faxing, scanning, filing, as well as date stamping and prioritizing of mail for the Directors/VP of Development;
• Understanding of and running a variety of financial reports in JDE and internal accounting tools(OASIS);
• Preparing cheque requisitions and accounting cost allocations; as well as processing invoices in JDE;
• Compiling and submitting expenses on behalf of the team;
