We are looking to add to our customer service team. We are a small company so we are cost-sensitive, however there is plenty of potential for growth as we are growing rapidly, and plenty of work to keep you busy and learning new things everyday. Please keep in mind when compiling your proposal that because we are a small company who is working hard to grow and expand, we are cost-sensitive for the time being... BUT there will always be opportunity to expand and grow with us down the road. We keep all of our staff members for a long-term basis, some staff have even been with us for 6+ years and counting. We are seeking a candidate who is interested in working and growing with us in the long-term, not just the short term. That said, our initial starting budget for this role is budgeted at $300 per month currently, however requests for pay increases will be eligible after being with the company for 6 months. There will be future growth opportunities, and unlimited potential and most importantly a very rewarding job.
We are seeking someone preferably from the Ukraine or Philippines (but we will consider applicants from anywhere in the world as long as you can type fluent English, and also understand American slang language and idioms) who is willing to work for us as a customer satisfaction specialist. Someone in this role helps ensure we are staying in touch with our clients, and that all clients are satisfied with the services we are providing.
We are a web hosting company providing shared hosting, reseller hosting, VPS hosting and dedicated server solutions. Applicants with previous experience in this particular field is strongly preferred but not required -- as only a basic understanding is required for this role.
What this role entails of is you will be contacting our client base via e-mail, personally reviewing their account/file with us and custom tailoring an email to them, following up with them to see how things are going, if there is anything else we can help them out with, etc. Basically the goal is to make sure our clients are happy with the service we're providing, and if they're not, you will need to find out details of the issue, and forward the issue to our technical staff to help resolve.
Here are some requirements for the role:
- Previous customer service experience is required
- Previous web hosting industry experience is preferred but not required
- Must be able to work only for us during a 6 hours per day/5 days a week shift - and clock in during those working hours using our time management system called Time Doctor
- Must be able to type, and think quickly to be able to send many emails out per day
- Must be able to understand American "slang" and idioms to be able to "type in customer's voice" so to speak.
- Must be able to write emails with the "personal touch" factor (so clients can realize it is not an automated contact)
