Administration job for salon spa

hair and beauty spa, it’s been operating for 20 years .. we specialise in extensions,colour, & makeup.. I also sell wholesale extensions to other salons.
I have a education component also where hairdressers/ salons can book to get trainings done by me ( Eg. The methods to use for installation of extensions.. also I run one on one makeup education for women .. so everything from what’s they need to buy to teaching them how to apply makeup.
I need somebody who can manage all the phone calls, organise a phone consultation, the Instagram requests, the emails, the text messages, and the bookings Including the bookings made online need to be called and discussed to ensure they book in for the right service as very often we’re working extremely long hours as people don’t know what to book in for and book something that takes 1/2 hour .. but when I see them and what they want it’s a 4 hr job and also the consultations over the phone so it will need to be customised to my business and they will need to know what to ask and what to ask for and what to find out before the booking is made I need this done by somebody else because we need somebody else to take care of the project for us we don't have enough time as we are flat out and it’s too much to manage while servicing clients at the same time
This is something that can be done remotely and is ongoing.. it’s not a job that is constantly 9-5 it’s just when the requests come in It’s not a full time job if someone is organised it will be good to make extra cash on the side.. experience is a must and fluent English spking
