I have Managed the Recruitment & Training database for large-scale recruitment to train, assess and hire over +3,000 school level staff for +260 regional academies across Kenya. - Database Management: Monitor and evaluate recruitment examination data for over +10,000 applicants from multiple decentralized recruitment fairs throughout the country. Manage inputs of qualitative and quantitative data for +1500 participant 6-week training programs aimed at producing high quality teachers and school managers. Run weekly queries to rank trainees. - Data Analysis: Project funnel ratios of numbers needed to interview, invite and complete training for the next recruitment cycle. Provide feedback and suggestions on ways to make the training program and reports more efficiently and improve the quality of data. - Staff Oversite: Coordinate with +5 member in-house call center agents to call all trainees to communicate specific messages in order to increase conversions. Support +25 recruiters who move around the country-recruiting trainees with a database. - Training: Create and implement training to up to +50 recruiters on how to use the database and coordinate the data input with them on an on-going basis. - MPESA Management: Calculate and deploy round-trip transport for over +1,000 trainees from hundreds of locations through mass MPESA payments.
