Need 1,000 CSV contacts cleaned and converted to Outlook files

We are a publicity company that specializes in providing magazine and radio exposure to music artists. We have 10,000+ contacts in our Outlook Exchange server, and we are constantly receiving contact data (names, emails, homepages etc.) on new people that we need to add to the database. We need someone to process and convert this information into Outlook contact files and insert them into our database. You will be receiving the contact data in the form of csv files. We need: - The contact data cleaned for duplicates and irrelevant entries - The full name fields adjusted according to our specific guidelines - Each line of contact data converted into an Outlook contact file - Each file put in its proper Category (DJ/magazine/artist/label/manager/etc.) - All web magazines searched on [login to view URL] and flagged if it receives more than 50K monthly visitors - All files inserted in our database. The person or people for this job need to be adept with Outlook and Excel. They need to have a grasp of American musical culture. They have to be able to tell the difference between a website that belongs to a DJ, or a music artist, or a music magazine, or a record label, etc. They need to be detail oriented. If even a few of the contacts are completed incorrectly we will cease operation. We are looking for the best bid to complete 1,000 contacts. If the job is completed speedily and properly, our next job will go straight to you for 5,000 contacts, then 10,000 contacts and so on.
