Looking for freelancers in China, UAE, Iran, some African countries for education under EU grants program

Dear freelancers,
(This is an offer for making $5,000 + maybe on a continuous basis per month with very few skills necessary and not too much work...).
On the behalf of Novukomp Gmbh (outsourcing leader since 2012) we are looking for freelancers based in any of the following countries / regions: China, UAE, Iran, Zimbabwe.
We are going to apply for EU grants designed for partnerships with EU's strategic partners such as China, Iran or emerging partners such as some african countries.
What you need:
* English command
* Bank account in one of the following countries though we will not try to get around Freelancer's TOS for paying outside the website.
* Interest to learn more about one of the following: AI, cryptocurrencies, greentech, emerging tech.
This is really everything, again: you don't need much skills other than interest to get educated or just receive money. We will eventually get our rewards later from the EU commission projects but even if we don't we will pay you on time as discussed.
