Im looking to buy a property in Brisbane. I need some research done on the Brisbane market in high ended luxury rentals for homes (not apartments). Assessment required:
- Note the top 100 properties in these key suburbs in Brisbane and list the:
- Rental fee per night (ie. $655)
- The link to the place
- State if its a 2, 3, 4 or more bedroom place
- State if the place has a swimming pool (yes or no)
- State if its a ‘Apartment’ or ‘House’ or ‘other’
- The volume of reviews (ie. 45 reviews)
- The star rating (ie. 4.67)
Note: Allow me to search by drop down to search by house type or rating or other, etc.
Suburbs to track include this highlighted areas in the attached image. It’s basically central Brisbane area and around the river.
- Put it all on a spread sheet and then calculate the following:
- Average rental fee per night across top 100
- Average star rating of top 100
- Highlight the top 10 properties best rating (with over 20 reviews) and highest nightly rate
Assume its a 4 hour job.
