Pay is $15.00/hour As part of the operations team your primary responsibility is ensuring our customer experiences a seamless experience from shopping cart to delivery. Our orders team members review and verify each order for accuracy, stock, and service level before forwarding them to our warehouse to be shipped in a timely manner. Our team s overreaching job is to support operations and ensure our customer s orders are walked through the entire shipping process and delivered to their door. We are looking for candidates who have a passion for follow through, are self-motivated, detail oriented and want to be part of an amazing team. Job Skills / Requirements: Using NetSuite ERP to review and approve orders to be shipped daily. Interact with customers such as Costco, Home Depot and other large accounts to ensure shipping guidelines and expectations are met. Computer skills such as email and office applications are needed. Ability to work with other team members, take direction, and learn in a fast-paced environment. Ability to manage time effectively. Ability to answer phone when needed to discuss orders, order status, and other customer facing questions. Ability to type 45 WPM minimum. System specific training will be given in position.
