Delete unnecessary entries from database (Excel files)

I have a very big database as Excel or csv files.

There is one column that groups entries into categories, with tens or hundreds of entries per category.

The job is just to delete the categories that are not needed, from the Excel files.

Therefore before starting the actual work, you need to understand well what kind of categories must be left there and which to be deleted.

I will explain, but you may want ask many more questions in order to get the picture, as accurate as possible.

If you delete the right categories and leave the right ones in place, I will give 5 star feedback.

I have done this job myself for a few files, and I know that it takes some time, but not much brain power is needed to do this.

* Notes:

- The bidding amount is considered for 1 million entries. (there are more millions and I will create new milestone of same amount, for each new batch of 1 million entries, if I am happy with the results)

- I am not hurried, so you can take your time.
