My proficiencies include usage of PC and mouse, printer, fax machine, multi line telephone system, electronic and manual calculator, electric typewriter, MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Access, People Soft, QuickBooks, and can type approximately 50 WPM, intermediate accounting experience, 10 key by touch and sight, cloud usage, with excellent customer service skills!
In my current position, priorities can change from minute to minute, depending on the demand. I am adept in changes such as that and adjust accordingly. I am a high phone communicator as well as email. I can and will use both depending on necessity. Gate keeping is what I do often, follow up is a must. Those are 2 things that I do often to keep my team members on track with various tasks.
