Need excel spread sheet to track stocks and options

I would like an excel worksheet which can track my stocks and options. It has to auto update data from google or yahoo finance. It needs to have stock tracker listing my position when I bought and sold it, fees, total cost, gross gain and finally net gain after all the fees. Most importantly I want to have option tracker which would cover naked puts, covered and naked calls, sell puts, buy puts, total cost, total gain and total net gain. Finally a way to show these data in monthly and year to date table. I want this excel data to link to access. So I can enter daily trades in excel but if someday I need to find specific transaction by keyword search I can do it in excel and access
