PA_Personal Assistant

Good morning,

I am looking for a personal assistant with perfect written English. I have a full-time job in data analysis in Switzerland (which gives me a fair amount of pressure) and I also have various side projects. I am looking for a new job (a better one) and I don’t have time to take care of all the applications. Looking for a new job is almost a full time job in itself. I am looking for a personal assistant to help me with this process. I work in Switzerland, and I will be looking for a job either in Switzerland, London, or northern Italy. I can take can take care of the applications in Northern Italy, and you will be taking care of the applications in Switzerland and London.

1) You will be given the job applications to complete, so you wouldn’t have to worry about searching for jobs.

2) You will be given the CVs (there are different kind of CVs for different kind of jobs) and you will have to select the right one, and emphasize certain aspects that are related to the job, while dropping other aspects.

3) You will be given the Cover Letters (again, there are different kind of Cover Letters for different kind of jobs) and you will have to select the right one, and emphasize certain aspects that are related to the job, while dropping other aspects.

4) If the job application has open questions or mini tests, such as “tell us about a time you showed empathy”, then just put that application on pause and send me the question/questions, and I will work on that.

So basically I am looking for someone who has great English, to make little modifications to existing CVs and Cover Letters, and that will understand where to put the correct information into the job applications. After you do a few it will become easier and faster. I clearly also want a trustworthy person.
