Printed pages are the one case where retyping from scratch is the slow way. I run them through OCR first and then correct against the original line by line, which is faster and, more to the point, catches the transposed digits and dropped words that creep in when someone types a hundred pages by hand. Every word still gets read against the page. The bullets are the part most people get wrong. If they're typed as hyphens or symbols they fall apart the moment you edit the document. They have to be real Word list formatting, so they indent and renumber properly, and I'd match the bullet style you've got on the page. How many pages roughly, and are they clean prints or photocopies of prints? That changes how much OCR gives us and how much is hand correction.
