Review Pictures of Properties Being Sold at Tax Deed Auctions

Looking for a freelancer who is available to review thousands of pictures of properties being sold at Tax Deed Auction sales using the software that if you are hired you will gain access to on your computer. Your job will be to look for billboards, cellphone towers, and partial properties by looking through and reviewing each picture of all of the properties from any Tax Deed Auction List that I will give you to review. You will receive a commission of $100 for each billboard, cellphone tower or partial property that you find and that I am interested in purchasing. You will also receive an hourly wage that we will keep track of through the use of a software program called Time Doctor. Preferred Candidate Qualities: - Very good at paying attention to detail - Has a degree in Real Estate. - Knowledgable about Tax Deed Auctions - Has a super fast internet connection. - Familiar with using Google Maps. - Available a couple hours each day - Above average at speaking and writing English - Readily available to review property pictures and deliver results within 24 hours of getting assigned a new list of property pictures If you think that you are an excellent fit for this long-term project then I am looking forward to reviewing your proposal!
