Type some medical Text from Pictures (MCQs)

in the attachment are 57 pictures of different tests sorted into different folders.
in each folder is also a picture with answer solutions (2015 doesnt!).
i need a word/openoffice document for each test in the folders. only one folder contains two tests.. the others one.
type these question into a document like in the '[login to view URL]' from the attachment. set the correct answers u looked up in the answer sheet in BOLD.. (the whole line).
save each document in the suiting folder. when everything is done zip the main folder and give it back to me. still upload some work that is done as example after each folder.
