vba to copy data from one file to another excel template

build a macro which will copy data from one excel workbook to another.
for each row in one excel file the macro should create two lines in the other excel workbook.
in the column A of the new file CA should be written in the first line and SL in the second one.
also in column E should be filled with text "y" as many as rows
