I'm looking for a Virtual Assistant to help me manage incoming calls and emails, manage my calendar, and help me stay on top of all of my obligations. Typical tasks to be done include: - checking voicemails and send me detailed brief of the voicemails - notify Director of Operations if the voicemails pertain to him - check emails (5 times per day) and compose drafts for me to review and respond with - manage my calendars - set up meetings, make sure I make the meetings - schedule the virtual meetings with my attendees - make sure my task list is managed Write 'KingJames' at top of your proposal Requirements: - Must be available from 9AM to 6PM (CET timezone) - Previous experience as an executive assistant preferred - Fast broadband Internet connection - Computer and tech savvy - Familiar with Google apps - Must have strong business acumen, task oriented - Must have a high sense of urgency and able to meet deadlines - Ability to multitask and take on multiple projects - Strong English communications skills and attention to detail a must
