I need to hire a freelancer who is available part-time for a long-term position. When submitting your proposal PLEASE INCLUDE ANSWERS TO THE FOLLOWING QUESTIONS: 1. On a scale of 1 - 10 (10 being fluent) how well do you speak English? 2. Are you able to make calls into the United States to cell phones without the use of app to app services like whatsapp? Meaning, that you call the phone number (+1 XXX-XXX-XXXX) Your job will be to do the admin tasks for me that need to be done for every new contractor that my recruiting department hires. This will include adding newly hired technician's profile information into a spreadsheet, making sure the newly created technician profiles are completed to the best of the newly hired technicians ability, managing my already hired technicians 2-week out availability schedule and multiple other tasks that require data entry work on spreadsheets. The name of my company is Americas Technician Services, LLC. Preferred Candidate Qualities: 1. Readily available 2. Great at following instructions 3. Great at paying attention to detail. 4. Great with writing English 5. Speaks English well 6. Available Monday through Friday for at least 2 hours per day 7. Has Skype 8, Able to complete current assignments within 24 hours of receiving the assignment.
