I have a data set from a large direct to consumer retail company around sales representatives. I'd like to build a predictive model that can 1) understand the key characteristics of a successful sales representative (beyond just sales history) and conversely understand the characteristics of a poor performing sales representative, 2) understand changes in these characteristics over time so that we can predict when a sales rep is likely to drop out of the program before they actually do, 3) if we have a new potential sales rep - can we compare his/her characteristics with those from successful reps to determine whether this person will be successful before they sign up to be a sales rep. Delivery would be 1 or more models and corresponding set of graphical visualizations that can easily tell the story of what's going on. I would like to understand your experience in this area, as well as what you bring to the table to complete the project, what tools/technology would you use, and what tools/technology would you deliver the product to me
