I'm looking for someone to build a software tool that can extract and process images (graphical representation) from a PDF file.

First all the graphical representation should be extracted from the PDF file, then the tool should digitize that graph...read the ox, oy axis, extract the graphical curve and transfere all this information in an excel file.

Please have a look on the attached file for some examples of graphical representations
