Database Engineer

We are looking for a data architect/developer to build our customer and information database, which will form the basis for interaction between the different CRM and software we use.

We are a very fast-growing company in the hearing aid business, where our main concept and focus is to book appointments in people's homes, but also offer appointments in our physical stores through our many online marketing campaigns.

Our trained audiologists carry out hearing tests both at home and in our stores and have daily close cooperation and dialogue with customer service, etc. via various software solutions and tools.

Responsibility:

• Build a database that can be integrated via API into various systems such as Pipedrive, AkuWin (Software audiologists use), Power BI, and more.

• Maintain and ensure everything works optimally and efficiently.

• Analyze and come up with solutions for improvements and development.

• Improve system performance by conducting tests, troubleshooting, and integrating new elements.

• Define and manage security and backup procedures.

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Data Architect, Developer or similar role

• In-depth understanding of database structure principles

• Experience gathering and analyzing system requirements

• Knowledge of data mining and segmentation techniques

• Familiarity with Power BI for reporting

• Proven analytical skills

• Problem-solving attitude

• Curious to find sustainable solutions and new technology.

You will have close dialogue and sparring with the management team and across sales, marketing, customer service, etc., and will therefore not be the only person who solves the tasks but also help choose the solution model and, not least, future developments.
