-Sort the data. Based on emails/facebook id you should be able to trace country of origin. We want to exclude few European countries and Canada.
- be able to deliver email in inbox.
-has thorough knowledge about email marketing
- Someone who is good at data mining will be an added advantage.
- Someone who can build opt in list and has strategy for it.
We don't want to spam. You should know about CAN SPAM act.
