Enter files into a program called Timeline creator

I need someone who has the TIME to complete this project quickly. Very little coding experience needed. This is almost a data entry project. Some basic knowledge of flash, java, xml, and photoshop are helpful but not required. You will need to be able to sign into my FTP server and download 2.44 gigs of pictures, scanned memorabilia and audio files to work with. I need someone to download, learn and then use this program: timeline creator. You can find information about the program here: [login to view URL] This program allows individuals without multimedia development skills to create an interactive timeline that can be published on the World Wide Web or displayed directly from a computer. The interface can display up to six simultaneous timelines to compare and contrast various "events" with descriptive text and digital images. However, When you are chosen, you will download the updated version of the program here: [login to view URL] This site has the latest java source and flash source posted in a single zip file. You will need to compile the java by running the appropriate batch file. Once you have a jar file you can run the editing tool. You must also use Flash MX or higher to compile the fla file into a swf. This is the latest updated program from the creators. You will need to have a through understanding of how to use this program before doing this by reading all of the support documentation available for the program here: [login to view URL] It is a simple program to use but I am too busy to learn and do the data entry myself. I am creating a timeline of a family’s life with this program. You will have scanned family photos, memorabilia, audio files and lists of dates from 1973 through today to enter into the program. All of the material (aprox. 2,000 entries - for example, one item would be a school paper which consists of 10 pages scanned individually. Those 10 pages would be needed to be combined into one document or PDF file before entered into the timeline) is currently contained in folders by year. This isn’t fun or exciting but not hard either. It is basic date entry so you will need to have the TIME to dedicate to this project to complete it quickly. I NEED THIS COMPLETED ASAP. If you expect to need more than 4 to 5 days to complete this project, PLEASE do not bid on it. Please take a look at the program at the site.
