Greetings, I have worked on multiple integration projects and I can help you out with this as well. We should use hubspot as source of truth. Migrate all contacts to RDS and do updates/inserts from hubspot via APIs. We can host our APIs on aws API gateway. Hope it helps. Thanks,

There could be 2 possibilities like "Engnereeing Limitation OR Coding Issue" but to figure out the best we need to study your current architecture and system.
