Virtual Assistant to help with order processing and reporting

We are trying to hire a personal assistant with good attention to detail who can assist us with our order processing and general clerical work. We are an Australian imported and distributor of phone covers and accessories.
Some days you may be called on to assist with running accounting reports. Other days you will process orders and check shipping information. This will be mixed with general tasks as assigned by our Brisbane office.
You will have excellent English skills. You will be available during Australian business hours, You will have similar experience with working in a sales processing role.
