VueJS+MapBox+geoJson Boundaries

I’m looking for an experienced developer with a background in creating GIS applications. This is the first step of a much larger project - but instead of laying it all out here and forcing you to divvy it into milestones, let’s start small: - vueJS app - right side of screen is mapbox - left of screen reserved for controls - app will use a handful (we will start at three) geoJSON files defining different types of boundaries (neighborhoods, counties, etc...) - for each boundary, we will have three separate numeric values (for now, let’s use total population, #Covid cases, #Covid deaths). For controls, I want to start with two pull down menus: 1. what type of data we want to show (a pull down menu allowing selection between total pop, cases, and deaths). 2. How we want the data shown (which geoJson file should be used to define the boundaries). Based on those two selections, the map should shift into a heat map to visualize where numbers were higher vs lower. The final application will be using the iBM Carbon Design Library for Vue. It will probably not be a bad idea for you to start with that set of components.
