Data fields to include - Name - Address - Phone number - Email address - Birthdate - type of membership. Eg. Youth, adult, family - Theatre interests – eg. acting, direction, writing, sound, lighting, costumes, backstage - Creditionals – eg. completed RSA, lighting course, sound course - membership paid up until such date - involvement – eg. committee member, director, Features - All fields optional. - Send out automatic happy birthday email - Send out automatic membership due emails with payment gateway information. - Sends automatic receipts when payment made. Option to send copy of receipt manually. - Accessible to members signing up via existing theatre website. - Edit details accessible to membership officer. - Login details added/changed/deleted.
