Need a database expert to define database strategy, database design and website project specs for a new data website which will allow users to select data tables from a drop down, multi-tiered hierarchical list, and upon selection a downloadable file or folder will be created for the user. The backend admin section should allow the admin to upload data files in excel. There will be thousands of data files. Each excel data file will have a unique code. The expert should design the database and flow such that the site is super fast and has extreme search capability.
